|It's an Orange Baked ham, but I used a Mango chutney instead. The orange zest, mango and brown sugar make a to die for glaze! It's a spiral sliced fully cooked ham. So all you have to do is whip up the glaze! Here's the recipe:|
1 14 to 16 pound fully cooked spiral cut smoked ham on the bone
6 garlic cloves
8 1/2 oz. orange marmalade or mango chutney
1/2 C Dijon mustard
1 C. light brown sugar, packed
1 orange, zested
1/4 C freshly squeezed orange juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place ham in a heavy roasting pan
Mince the garlic in a food processor. Add the marmalade, mustard, brown sugar, orange zest, and orange juice. Process until smooth.
Pour glaze over the ham and bake for 1 hr. until ham is fully heated and the glaze is well browned.
